Collaboration & Consulting

We have a well-equipped modern microbial molecular biology laboratory. In addition we specialize in the development of genome-based computational techniques for analyzing sequence and expression data and have ample computational capabilities to support this research. Many of our research projects involve collaboration with other research groups on Campus, at other universities, and with businesses. We have currently have intensive collaborations with

• Pablo Pomposiello (E. coli superoxide response)
• Susan Leschine (Development of Clostridium phytofermentans for Biofuel production)
• SunEthanol (Development of Clostridium phytofermentans for Biofuel production)
• Erin Conlon (Genetic regulatory networks)

Our programs have also been used a part of research projects in Joe Jerry, Derek Lovely, Jim Holden, and Peg Riley's research laboratories.
