Who We Are

Our laboratory and primary home is in the Microbiology Department, but we are also part of graduate programs in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Organismal and Evolutionary Biology, and Molecular and Cellular Biology and undergraduate programs in Computer Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Biology. Our research group is characterized by a synergistic integration of computational, molecular biology and evolutionary approaches. We welcome new people from different academic disciplines interested in biological research.
