"Research Next is a window into the research, scholarship and creative activity that distinguishes UMass Amherst as a top reseach univerisity."

Recently the Webley Lab research has been featured in UMass Research Next webpage.  The article entitled, "Battling Super Bugs: Novel delivery system hold promise for the first Chlamydia vaccine" provides very important statistics on chlamydial infections and describes the novel way by which his reasearch lab is going about tackling the Chlamydia problem.  He describes the use of halobacterial gas vesicles as a display platform and the utility of the platform beyond a Chlamydia vaccine.  The article is informative and gives great food for thought.  Enjoy reading the entire article and please feel free to leave us comments below!
